On the second Tuesday of every month, Out of the Garden Project will be hosting their monthly Mobile Food Market at The Nussbaum Center for Entrepreneurship. This is an outdoor drive through market where each family will receive approximately 60 lbs. of food.
Vehicles should enter the Nussbaum Center’s lower lot off of Florida Street across from Truist. Volunteers will direct cars. Vehicles will exit onto S Elm Eugene Street across from Bank of America.

Photo Voice Exhibit: An Exploration by Guilford County Cooperative Extension
Join us, with support from UNCG's Recipe for Success, for the launch of our Photovoice exhibit Framing the Future: A Photovoice Exploration of Food Justice, showcasing photos and accompanying narratives gathered from participants in Guilford County! This exhibit is the culminating event after months of gathering these submissions from community members.
Photovoice is a way of doing research where people can use photos to explore and share their community. Photovoice is effective because the use of photos eliminates barriers such as language, technology, and culture.


Celebrating Black Cinema: Screening of Warnersville Chronicles
Join us for a featured screening of Warnersville Chronicles- A documentary from our friends at Shared Radiance, GeoCore Film, and the Warnersville Coalition.
The Documentary begins at 7pm, followed be a screening of Claudine beginning at 7:40pm.

To strengthen our community and create safer neighborhoods for everyone, Chief Thompson is hosting a series of community meetings aimed at addressing the rising concern of violent crime. These meetings are an opportunity for residents and law enforcement to come together, share ideas, and collaborate on strategies that can help prevent violence and ensure the safety of all community members.
